SERVES 2
Ingredients
* 2 tablespoons peanut oil
* 5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
* 1 red chili pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
* 7 ounces large raw shrimp
* 1 tablespoon rice wine or dry sherry
* 1 lime, juice only
* 3 ounces green beans, chopped into 1/2in lengths
* 1 pinch sea salt
* 1 teaspoon dried chili pepper flakes
Directions
1. Heat wok or pan over a high heat and add the oil.
2. Add the garlic and chopped chili and stir fry for a few seconds.
3. Add the shrimp, rice wine and lime juice and stir fry until the shrimp start to turn pink.
4. Add the beans and mix together.
5. When the shrimp have all turned pink, season with salt and chili flakes and serve immediately.
